Turkish red lentil soup
The most important part of this recipe is the lemon at the end!

1 cup of split red lentils
1 litre of vegetable stock
1/2 white onion
1/2 potato - washed and peeled, chopped
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt

Method
- wash lentils
- put the lentils in a pot with potato, stock, onion, paprika
- bring to the boil and simmer for 40 mins
- put 3/4 of mixture into blender
- once blended add back to remaining mixture
- serve and squeeze over lots of lemon and salt and pepper!
